Why we wait ~14 days & monthly limit
The 14-day hold gives us time to confirm your friend's order is marked Completed — not cancelled, refunded, or still processing. Once that window passes and their order is Completed, your rewards are released to your account automatically.
Your rewards are already reserved the moment your friend orders. You'll see them show up as "Pending" in your stats right away, and they unlock automatically once the order is Completed and ~14 days have passed. Nothing for you to do.
To keep the program fair, each referrer can earn rewards for up to 5 successful referrals per calendar month. The counter resets at the start of every new month — there's no lifetime cap on how much you can earn over time.

How do I refer a friend?
Sign in to your Zoomies account and you'll see your unique referral link at the top of this page. Copy it and send it to a friend any way you like — text, email, social, or DM. When they make their first order through your link, you both get rewarded.
When do I get my reward?
Your reward is reserved the moment your friend places their order. Once their order status is marked as Completed and 14 days have passed, your $15 store credit and 750 Zoom Points are released to your account automatically.
What happens if my friend returns their order?
If your friend's order is refunded, cancelled, or failed, the pending reward will be cancelled automatically. Rewards are only released once the order status is Completed — this ensures your reward is tied to a real, fulfilled order.
Can I refer myself or use my own link?
No. Referrals are for bringing new customers to Zoomies, not for self-rewarding. Orders placed from the same payment method, shipping address, or account as the referrer won't qualify. We review flagged referrals manually and reserve the right to cancel rewards that don't meet our terms.
Do my friend's discounts stack with other promos?
No. The 25% referral discount can't be combined with other coupons, sale prices, or promotional codes. Your friend will get the better of the two discounts on their first order — referral or otherwise — but not both stacked.
Where do I see my referrals and rewards?
Sign in and visit your account dashboard. Under "Referrals," you'll see every friend you've referred, their order status, and exactly when each pending reward will unlock. Your store credit and Zoom Points balances show up in your account too.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
You can refer up to 5 successful referrals per month. There's no lifetime cap — once the next month starts, the counter resets. This is a fraud-prevention measure, not a ceiling on what you can earn over time.
What if my friend already has a Zoomies account?
The 25% referral discount is for new customers only. If your friend has ordered from us before, they won't qualify and you won't earn a reward for that order. They can still browse and shop with us, just not as part of the referral program.
Referral terms and rules
A few ground rules to keep the program fair for everyone.
- Referrals must be new Zoomies customers — The 25% off and your reward only apply when your friend is making their first order with us. Existing customers don't qualify.
- Self-referrals don't count — You can't refer yourself. Orders placed using the same payment method, shipping address, or account as the referrer won't earn a reward.
- Rewards unlock in ~14 days — Your $15 store credit and 750 Zoom Points are reserved at the time of your friend's order and released automatically once their order status is Completed and ~14 days have passed.
- Refunded or cancelled orders void the reward — If your friend's order is refunded, cancelled, or failed, the pending reward will be cancelled automatically.
- Maximum 5 successful referrals per month — You can earn rewards for up to 5 completed referrals each calendar month. The counter resets at the start of every new month.
- Referral discounts can't be combined with other promos — The 25% referral discount can't be stacked with other coupons, sale prices, or promotional codes. Your friend gets the better of the two — never both.
- Zoomies reserves the right to cancel suspicious rewards — If we detect activity that suggests fraud or terms violations, we may pause, review, or cancel rewards. Repeat violations may result in removal from the program.
