These terms apply to every order placed with Zoomies Canada. By entering this site and purchasing from us, you confirm that you have read and accept them.
Age Requirement
You must be 19 years of age or older, and of legal age in your province, to enter this site and purchase from us. All products are intended for adult use only. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to cancel any order where age cannot be verified.
Pricing and Availability
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Payment is accepted by Interac e-transfer or credit card. We do not accept cash payments on delivery.
Shipping and Delivery
- The shipping and handling charge is $20, or $15 within the Greater Vancouver Regional District. Orders over $149 ship free nationwide. Free shipping is calculated on order value after credits and discounts, before taxes.
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Orders placed after 2 pm PST are processed on the next business day.
- Orders are shipped with Canada Post Xpresspost. In the event of a postal strike, we will change carriers accordingly to ensure timely delivery of your order.
- Delivery delays can occur during busy shopping seasons. If delays occur, customers will be notified promptly by email.

Limitation of Liability
Zoomies Canada will not be held liable for any lost orders due to:
- mistakes made by Canada Post
- a wrong address given by the customer
- damage to the order by the postal service
- PO box issues
- stolen packages after delivery (we do not recommend the Canada Post “safe drop” option)
If you have entered incorrect shipping information, contact our Support team immediately with your order number and the corrected details. Changes can only be made within one hour of placing your order, as processing begins quickly. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Packaging and Discretion
Your order is packaged professionally and discreetly. Every order is sealed in airtight, smell-proof containers so that no odours escape, placed in plain and unmarked packaging with no logos or descriptions revealing the contents, and shipped in sturdy, tamper-evident outer boxes. Shipments are trackable through Canada Post Xpresspost and do not require a signature.
Product Quality
We operate responsibly and honestly, and provide customer service intended to make sure every customer receives a product that is potent, authentic and clean. All brands we carry undergo rigorous testing to verify purity, psilocybin content and safety. No counterfeit or fake products are permitted.
Returns
Zoomies Canada does not accept returns or exchanges on any psilocybin or LSD orders. Every order undergoes strict quality control before shipment. If there is an issue with your order, such as damaged packaging or missing items, please contact our Support team within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Your personal information is used to process your order, to improve your experience on this website, and for the other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
