You earn 1 point for every dollar spent on a completed order. Your tier multiplies that rate: Curious earns 1×, Explorer earns 1.5×, and Psychonaut earns 2×.

Points are calculated on the order subtotal after any discounts, so they don't include shipping, taxes, or promo codes. Points post to your account once your order ships.

100 points equals $1.50 off your order. You can redeem in increments starting at 500 points ($7.50). The maximum redemption per order is 2,000 points ($30) or 50% of your subtotal, whichever is lower.

Points apply to product subtotal only — they can't be used toward shipping, taxes, or gift cards. One redemption per order.

Tiers are based on your lifetime points earned, not your current balance. Redeeming points doesn't lower your tier — once you've earned your way up, you stay there as long as your account is active.

• Curious: 0–999 lifetime points
• Explorer: 1,000–2,999 lifetime points
• Psychonaut: 3,000+ lifetime points

If your account is inactive for 12 months (no purchases, no logins), your points expire and your tier resets to Curious.

Points are earned on completed orders, so a few things don't qualify:

• Shipping and taxes
• Gift card purchases
• Orders placed with a promo or discount code
• Returned or cancelled items

Points also don't stack with promo codes — you can use one or the other on an order, not both.

If you were a member of our old rewards program, your points carried over automatically when we launched the new program. The transfer was 1:1, but because the new program is more generous, your points are now worth 50% more than they used to be.
