Zoomies Canada doesn't accept returns or exchanges. Every order undergoes strict quality control before shipment. If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, contact our Support team within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

System malfunction: Zoomies Canada is not responsible or liable for any loss resulting from causes outside its direct control, such as failure of electronic or mechanical equipment or communication lines, electronic viruses or malware, unauthorized access to technology systems, theft, operator error, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes or other labour problems, wars, governmental restrictions, or for any loss of information caused by disruptions in or malfunctions of service.

2. Any failure to perform your instructions as a result of circumstances that could reasonably be considered beyond our control.

3. Any failure of communications that cannot reasonably be considered to be under our control and that may affect the accuracy or timeliness of messages you send to us.

4. Any loss or delay in the transmission of messages resulting from the use of an Internet service provider or caused by any browser or other software beyond our control.

5. Any errors on the website or with Service caused by incomplete or incorrect information that you or a third party has provided.

Orders placed before 2pm PST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm PST, on weekends, or on statutory holidays ship the next business day. You'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on the way.

Same-day delivery isn't available, but orders placed before 2pm PST ship the same business day and typically arrive within 2-3 business days via Canada Post Xpresspost.

Yes. We ship to PO boxes, rural routes, and general delivery addresses across all 13 provinces and territories.

If a signature is required and no one is home, Canada Post will leave a delivery notice and hold your package at the nearest post office for 15 days before returning it to us.

No. All packaging is plain, unmarked, and lists a generic return address. Nothing on the outside of the box references mushrooms, Zoomies, or the contents inside.

Contact our Support team immediately with your order number and the corrected details. Address changes can only be made within one hour of placing your order, as processing begins quickly. If your order has already shipped, address changes aren't possible and we can't be responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
